【摘要】目的探讨超声对特殊异位妊娠诊断及鉴别诊断的价值。方法回顾性分析9例经手术证实孕10~16周特殊异位妊娠患者的临床资料及超声声像图。结果3例诊断为宫角妊娠，2例为残角子宫妊娠，3例为输卵管间质部妊娠，1例为腹腔妊娠。结论于妊娠早期应用超声规范化检查对特殊异位妊娠的诊断及鉴别诊断具有重要的价值。

【Abstract】ObjectiveTo explore the value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of specific type ectopic pregnancy.MethodsThe clinical data and the sonographic characteristics in 9 cases of 10-16 weeks specific type ectopic pregnancy confirmed by surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results3 cases were cornual pregnancy,2 cases were pregnancy in rudimentary horn of uterus,3 cases were interstitial tubal pregnancy,and 1 case were abdominal cavity pregnancy.ConclusionIn early pregnancy standardized ultrasound examination has significant value for specific type ectopic pregnancy diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
