【摘要】目的探讨星状神经节阻滞联合针灸治疗急性面神经炎的临床疗效，及其相关的并发症。方法42例急性面神经炎患者，病程均在一周内，随机分为Ⅰ组(治疗组，星状神经节阻滞联合针灸治疗)；Ⅱ组(对照组，仅行针灸治疗)，每组21例，两组患者均同时使用药物治疗。结果Ⅰ组的总有效率为100%，Ⅱ组的总有效率为85.71%，Ⅰ组的疗效明显高于Ⅱ组。星状神经节阻滞的并发症主要为喉返神经阻滞和局部痛疼及硬结。结论星状神经节阻滞联合针灸治疗面神经炎疗效确切，操作简单，并发症少，治愈率高。
