【摘要】目的探讨普外科患者手术后切口感染的危险因素及预防处理措施。方法对2356例普外科手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果2356例外科手术患者，113例发生切口感染，感染率为4.8%。结论普外科手术易发生切口感染，针对各种相关因素采取相应预防措施可减少切口感染，出现切口感染时及时采用相应措施可以促进感染切口愈合。
