卡维地洛治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭89例疗效观察

【摘要】目的探讨卡维地洛对慢性充血性心力衰竭的作用。方法将近年笔者所在医院慢性充血性心力衰竭患者89例纳入回顾性研究，根据有无使用卡维地洛分为治疗组和对照组。比较各组治疗前后的心功能变化。结果(1)两组治疗后，收缩压和舒张压降低，左室舒张末期内径及左心室射血分数均较治疗前有显著改善(P<0.05)。(2)与对照组相比，治疗后治疗组的血压及心功能改善改善更为明显(P<0.05)。结论对具有适应证的慢性充血性心力衰竭患者，在常规抗心力衰竭药物的基础上加用卡维地洛能更有效改善心功能。
