小儿肠套叠影像学诊治进展(3)
总之,对于小儿肠套叠,应首选B超检查,B超发现肠套叠后,应用数字化X线机作空气灌肠或B超监控下水压灌肠,达到进一步明确诊断和治疗的目的。CT和电子肠镜可作为补充的检查方法,腹腔镜下与空气灌肠并用,解决难复性肠套叠可选择性应用。CDFI以及螺旋CT增强扫描是确定肠套叠及伴肠坏死的有效检查方法。
