【摘要】目的探讨胰岛素注射技术的强化教育对糖尿病患者居家胰岛素治疗中自我管理能力的影响。方法对2010年5月～2011年5月80例门诊及社区糖尿病患者的胰岛素注射相关问题进行评估，并采用多种形式的教育干预。结果干预后糖尿病患者居家使用胰岛素笔的技巧和相关知识较干预前明显提高(P<0.05)。结论强化教育提高了患者居家胰岛素注射的自我管理能力，因此必须重视院外糖尿病患者胰岛素注射技术的护理干预和持续教育。
