【摘要】目的探讨高速涡轮钻在下颌阻生智齿拔除中的临床应用价值。方法选取2008年8月~2010年8月于笔者所在医院口腔科接受下颌阻生智齿拔除术的患者200例，根据随机的原则将患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组使用高速涡轮钻法，对照组应用锤凿劈冠法。比较两组患者VAS评分、干槽症及张口度受限情况。结果观察组患者平均手术时间及VAS评分分别为(20.32±8.65)min和(12.42±5.63)分，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生Ⅲ、Ⅳ度张口受限3例(3%)，发生干槽症5例(5%)，其比例均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与锤凿劈冠法相比，高速涡轮钻法拔除下颌阻生智齿，能够显著缩短手术时间，减少不良反应的发生，具有很高的应用价值。
