【摘要】目的研究中药活血化瘀法治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床效果。方法随机抽查240例冠心病心绞痛患者，分为两组,治疗组用活血化瘀中药加入硝酸酯治疗，对照组单独用硝酸酯治疗。结果治疗组临床有效率为91.6%,对照组60.8%，两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硝酸酯中加入活血化瘀药治疗冠心病心绞痛有利于改善冠脉血供,观察心电图显示有明显效果。
