【摘要】目的对输血前及术前患者进行相关感染性指标的检测，以了解患者术前及输血前传染病的感染状况，提高临床医生对传染性疾病筛查的重视度。方法检测582例患者输血前及术前乙型肝炎表面抗原或乙肝两对半、丙型肝炎病毒抗体、艾滋病病毒抗体、梅毒螺旋体抗体、谷丙转氨酶，并分析其检测结果。结果582例患者检测阳性病例111例(19.07%)，其中HBsAg阳性33例(5.67%)，抗-HCV阳性12例(2.06%)，抗-HIV阳性0例(0.00%)，TPPA阳性10例(1.72%)，ALT值>40 IU/L的56例(13.73%)，其中HBsAg与TPPA同时阳性者1例,HBsAg与抗-HCV同时阳性者1例。结论输血前及术前患者血清感染性指标已有一定比例的阳性率；临床医生需加强患者群感染性指标的监测。
