【摘要】 热性惊厥(FC)是小儿时期较常见的神经系统疾病，好发于6个月～5岁的儿童，其发病率约为2%～5%。多数患儿首次发作后不再发作，但约30%～40%有可能再次发作，其中50%会有1次以上多次复发。不同FC患儿复发的概率有很大差异，这取决于若干危险因素。
