【摘要】 外科临床实习是理论向实践过渡的重要阶段，培养良好的临床思维能力关系到医学生今后能否适应快节奏医疗工作的环境。病例分析法是指结合临床现实的病例调动学生的积极性、主动性、创造性为出发点，运用问题启发、提问，比较，归纳及延伸应用于肝胆外科教学中，目的是为了更好地提高实习生的临床思维能力。
