【摘要】 目的：探讨老年人桡骨远端不稳定型骨折的手术治疗情况。方法：本组28例老年患者不稳定型桡骨远端骨折，采用掌侧桡骨远端支撑钢板(T型)固定。结果：28例患者均得到随访，时间8～14月，平均10个月，都达到骨性愈合，未出现内固定断裂、松动、腕管综合征。本组28例患者，优20例，良6例，可2例，差0例。结论：采用掌侧桡骨远端钢板内固定手术治疗，术后良好的功能锻炼，可达到满意的腕关节功能。
