生存素Survivin与脑胶质瘤的研究进展(1)

     【摘要】脑胶质瘤是颅内最常见的肿瘤，呈浸润性生长，预后极差。Survivin基因是凋亡抑制因子家族的一员，具有抗细胞凋亡和调控细胞周期的双重功能，其基因扩增和蛋白的过度表达与肿瘤生长密切相关。因此，Survivin可成为胶质瘤基因治疗的一个新靶点。
