【摘要】 目的：改进剖宫产术巡回护士的护理配合，预防产妇手术并发症的发生，确保产妇手术全程安全。方法：选取在笔者所在医院行剖宫产术产妇100例，随机分为试验组和对照组各50例，对照组采用常规护理配合方法，试验组针对剖宫产术产妇潜在的并发症，改进导致气紧的麻醉体位和手术体位，引发低血压的时段预防性快速输液，恶心呕吐征兆时采用指压按压穴位，应用吸引头吸引清除阴道和子宫内积血等护理配合，比较两组产妇并发症发生的差异。结果：试验组剖宫产术产妇并发症发生率明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：改进剖宫产术巡回护士的护理配合，可有效减少产妇手术并发症的发生，保证了产妇安全，提高手术护理的质量。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To improve the circulating nurse’s cooperation in caesarean section for preventing the surgical complication of puerpera and ensuring puerperal safety in the whole operation.Method：100 puerperas with caesarean section were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=50) and the control group(n=50).The control group was taken regular nursing cooperation.Nursing cooperation in the experimental group was ameliorated for cesarean mother potential complications.The anesthetic position and operative position were improved for prevent the gas-tight.The precautionary rapid infusion was performed to prevent hypotension.Acupressure was used in occurring nausea and vomiting.Suction tip was applied to suck the blood in vagina and uterus.The complications in the two groups were compared.Result：The surgical complication were significantly less in the experimental group than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion：Improvement of circulating nurse’s cooperation in caesarean section can effective decrease the surgical complication of puerpera ......
