【摘要】 目的：探讨葡萄球菌肠毒素A诱导人类肝癌细胞HepG2凋亡的作用。方法：应用琼脂糖凝胶电泳观察HepG2细胞晚期凋亡形成的“DNA梯带”。结果：0.2 μg/ml的SEA作用细胞24 h及48 h后，可观察到明显的“DNA梯带”。结论：SEA可诱导HepG2细胞凋亡。

    【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the inducing effect of staphylococcus enterotoxin A on the apoptosis of human liver carcinoma cell HepG2.Method：The "DNA ladders" formed by apoptotic of HepG2 cells were analyzed by agarose gel electrophoresis.Result：There were obvious DNA ladders after a 24-hour and 48-hour treatment of 0.2 μg/ml SEA.Conclusion：SEA can induce the apoptosis of HepG2 cells.
