【摘要】 目的：探讨综合护理对阿尔茨海默病合并吞咽障碍患者吞咽功能的影响。方法：选择2016年8月-2017年2月收治的60例阿尔茨海默病合并吞咽障碍患者为研究对象，根据随机数字表法将其分为常规护理组(n=30)和综合护理组(n=30)，并分别展开护理干预措施。干预结束后评估整体效果。结果：综合护理组患者缓解率明显比常规护理组高，并发症发生率比常规护理组低，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：针对阿尔茨海默病合并吞咽障碍患者实施综合护理模式能增强临床护理效果，改善患者吞咽障碍，降低并发症发生情况，促进患者顺利康复。
