腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的护理观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨腹腔镜手术与开腹手术治疗宫外孕的护理效果。方法：于2016年2月-2017年2月选择来笔者所在医院进行宫外孕治疗的87例患者作为此次研究对象，按照随机数字法将其分成对照组(43例)与观察组(44例)。对照组患者采用开腹式手术方式治疗，观察组患者采用腹腔镜手术方式治疗，两组患者都采用相对应的护理方式，比较两组宫外孕患者护理效果。结果：观察组患者术后体温、腹痛消失时间、下床时间、肛门排气时间及进食时间恢复情况明显优于对照组患者，两组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者住院天数(2.37±1.07)d，明显少于对照组患者的(6.98±2.03)d，患者的疾病恢复满意度评分(89.65±3.69)分，明显高于对照组的(68.65±5.62)分，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：宫外孕患者采用腹腔镜手术方式，经过相应的护理后，其下床时间、肛门排气时间、进食时间及住院时间明显缩短，且患者疾病恢复满意度明显提升，值得临床借鉴与推广。

【Abstract】 Objective：To study the care of laparoscopic surgery and open surgery for the treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Method：From February 2016 to February 2017，chose 87 patients of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital as the research object，according to the method of random numbers divided into the control group(43 cases) and observation group(44 cases).The control group were treated by open surgery treatment，observation group were treated by laparoscopic surgery treatment.Both two groups using the corresponding nursing way，compared two groups of patients with ectopic pregnancy care effect.Result：Observation group of patients with postoperative body temperature and pain disappear time，bed time，anus exhaust time，and time of food intake recovery was better than the control group patients，there was statistically difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Observation group of patients’ hospital stay (2.37±1.07)d，was significantly less than the control group of (6.98±2.03)d，and the patient’s disease recovery satisfaction score (89.65±3.69)points，was significantly higher than the control group of (68.65±5.62)points，there was statistically difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion：Patients with ectopic pregnancy by laparoscopic surgery way，after the corresponding nursing，below the bed time，feeding time，length of hospital stay，anal exhaust time are significantly shortened，and the patients disease recovery satisfaction improve significantly，worth of clinical reference and promotion.
