经尿道电切治疗高危前列腺增生的效果探究(2)
本研究中,对照组进行传统前列腺电切手术,电切组进行经尿道选择性电切手术。结果显示,电切组临床疗效、疾病症状积分、SF-36生活质量分数、手术实施时间、组织切除量、术后残尿量、置管时间、住院时间、出血等并发症发生率均显著优于对照组。
综上所述,高危前列腺增生患者行经尿道选择性电切手术疗效非常理想,可有效减少并发症的发生率,改善患者症状和生活质量。

综上所述,高危前列腺增生患者行经尿道选择性电切手术疗效非常理想,可有效减少并发症的发生率,改善患者症状和生活质量。
