血清PCT、CRP及T淋巴细胞亚群在老年脑卒中相关性肺炎患者中的表达水平及诊治意义(1)
【摘要】 目的：探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)及T淋巴细胞亚群在老年脑卒中相关性肺炎患者中的表达水平及诊治意义。
方法：选取2016年12月-2018年2月笔者所在医院老年脑卒中患者84例作为研究对象，根据其住院期间是否发生肺炎，将40例老年脑卒中相关性肺炎患者纳入试验组，44例单纯老年脑卒中患者纳入对照组。对比两组患者血清中PCT、CRP及外周血CD3+、CD4+、CD8+表达水平，并进行统计学分析。结果：试验组血清PCT、CRP水平均明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组外周血CD3+、CD4+水平明显低于对照组，CD8+水平明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：老年脑卒中相关性肺炎患者体内血清PCT、CRP及外周血CD8+表达水平较高，外周血CD3+、CD4+水平表达较低，联合检测能够提高老年脑卒中相关性肺炎早期诊断的准确性，为临床治疗提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the expression of serum procalcitonin (PCT) C reactive protein (CRP) and T lymphocyte subsets in elderly patients with stroke associated pneumonia.Method：Eighty-four elderly stroke patients in our hospital from December 2016 to February 2018 were selected as study subjects.Forty elderly patients with stroke associated pneumonia were included in the experimental group and 44 elderly stroke patients were included in the control group.The expression levels of PCT，CRP，CD3+，CD4+ and CD8+ in serum and peripheral blood of the two groups were compared and statistically analyzed.Result：The serum PCT，CRP level in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05)，and the level of peripheral blood CD3+，CD4+ was significantly lower in the experimental group than that in the control group，the level of CD8+ was significantly higher than that of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion：The expression of serum PCT，CRP and peripheral blood CD8+ in elderly patients with stroke associated pneumonia is higher，but the expression of peripheral blood CD3+ and CD4+ is lower.The combined detection can improve the accuracy of early diagnosis of stroke associated pneumonia in the elderlywhich provided evidence for clinical treatment.
