前置胎盘子宫下段出血患者应用改良式宫颈环扎术治疗的效果探析(1)
【摘要】 目的：探析前置胎盤子宫下段出血患者应用改良式宫颈环扎术治疗的效果。方法：纳入笔者所在医院接诊的120例前置胎盘子宫下段出血患者进行研究，按照入院顺序随机分为对照组(传统手术治疗)、试验组(改良式宫颈环扎术治疗)，每组60例。比较两组患者手术情况(手术操作时间、术中出血量、输入红细胞悬浊液量)、止血效果及术后并发症与恢复情况。结果：试验组患者手术操作时间、术中出血量、输入红细胞悬液量均明显优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者止血无效率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组并发症发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后两组均无宫颈外观形态异常现象;术后6周B超复查，子宫形态均恢复良好，无宫腔积血、子宫缺血等症状出现。结论：改良式宫颈环扎术可有效缓解前置胎盘子宫下段出血，疗效确切，止血有效率显著高于传统术式。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effects of modified cervical cerclage in patients with lower uterine segment bleeding of placenta previa.Method：A total of 120 patients with lower uterine segment bleeding of placenta previa who were treated in the hospital were included in the study and were randomly divided into the control group(traditional surgery treatment) and the experimental group(modified cervical cerclage treatment) according to the admission sequence，with 60 cases in each group.The operation situation(surgery operation time，intraoperative blood loss，input red blood cell suspension volume)，hemostatic effect，postoperative complications and recovery were compared between the two groups.Result：The surgery operation time，intraoperative blood loss and input red blood cell suspension volume in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ineffective rate of hemostasis in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group，the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no abnormal phenomena of cervix appearance in the two groups after operation.6 weeks after surgery，B ultrasound examination showed the uterus morphology recovered well and there was no hematometra，uterine ischemia and other symptoms.Conclusion：Modified cervical cerclage can effectively relieve lower uterine segment bleeding of placenta previa，and it has exact efficacy，and its effective rate of hemostasis is significantly higher than the traditional surgery.
