【摘要】 目的：寻求个案管理护理模式对双相情感障碍出院患者产生的影响。方法：选取2017年6月-2018年6月因双相情感障碍在本院接受治疗的患者，共110例。将患者按照入院次序的单双号进行平均分组，入院次序为双号的55例患者作为观察组，实施个案管理护理模式，入院次序为单号的55例患者作为对照组，实施常规护理措施，对比两种护理措施对出院患者产生的影响。结果：护理后，观察组生活质量评分均显著高于对照组，且社交、能力、治疗病耻感评分均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对于双相情感障碍患者采用个案管理护理模式，在降低病耻感的同时，有助于提高患者生活质量。
