【摘要】 目的：探讨将精细化护理用于凶险性前置胎盘围手术期中的临床效果。方法：选择2016年10月-2018年8月来笔者所在医院接受治疗的18例凶险性前置胎盘患者作为观察对象，使用精细化护理方案，观察分析患者术后并发症发生情况、护理满意度及母乳喂养率。结果：18例凶险性前置胎盘患者全部治愈出院，且18例新生儿全部存活，母乳喂养成功;术后患者出现腹胀3例，产后出血4例，子宫切除1例，膀胱损伤1例;护理满意度为100%，母乳喂养率88.89%。结论：精细化护理应用于凶险性前置胎盘围手术期中，能够有效减少患者术后并发症的出现，提升患者的护理满意度，临床效果显著，值得推广使用。
