【摘要】 目的：探究MRI及多层螺旋CT用于肝脏肿瘤患者鉴别诊断的临床价值。方法：本次试验对象为笔者所在医院2017年7月-2019年5月收治的53例肝脏肿瘤患者，对以上患者全部开展多层螺旋CT及MRI检查，以临床病理检查结果为诊断标准，比较两种诊断方式的检出率，并分析CT及MRI图像特征和病灶数量。结果：在肝转移瘤、肝脏局灶性结节增生、原发性肝癌及肝血管瘤检出率上，MRI检查和多层螺旋CT检查比较，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：肝脏肿瘤患者应用MRI及多层螺旋CT进行诊断各有优缺点，均有较高诊断价值。
