【摘要】 目的：探讨临终关怀在晚期癌痛老年患者中的应用对其生活质量的影响。方法：选取笔者所在医院2018年3月-2019年3月收治的170例晚期癌痛老年患者，通过随机平行法将其分为甲组85例，乙组85例。甲组接受临终关怀干预，乙组接受常规护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果：干预前两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.434 5，P>0.05);干預后两组生活质量评分比较差异有统计学意义(t=8.686 0，P<0.05)。两组护理总满意度比较，差异有统计学意义(字2=10.945 7，P<0.05)。甲组疼痛等级和乙组比较，差异有统计学的意义(Z=5.293 4，P<0.05)。结论：晚期癌痛老年患者护理中予以提供临终关怀服务，能改善患者的生活质量、疼痛症状，获得患者家属对护理工作的认可。

    [Abstract] Objective： To investigate the effect of hospice care on the quality of life of elderly patients with advanced cancer pain.
