【摘要】 目的：探讨小儿川崎病冠状动脉病变使用超声诊断的价值。方法：选取笔者所在医院2017年6月-2019年6月接诊的川崎病患儿68例作为研究组，选取同期来笔者所在医院接受健康检查的68例患儿作为对照组，使用超声检查两组小儿的情况，对比冠状动脉内径、冠状动脉壁的厚度及回声、是否形成动脉瘤。结果：对照组小儿的冠状动脉正常率为100%，研究组患儿中有46例冠状动脉病变，其中有7例冠状动脉内径扩张合并内膜增厚，32例冠状动脉内径扩张，7例左冠状动脉瘤，9例合并心包少量积液。结论：超声心动图具有无创、直观、清晰的特点，在小儿川崎病中有很高的应用价值，其诊断结果可作为临床确诊和治疗的参考依据，值得进一步推广应用。
