孟鲁司特联合小剂量阿奇霉素治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的效果观察(1)
【摘要】 目的：研究孟鲁司特联合小剂量阿奇霉素治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法：选取阳西县人民医院2017年5月-2019年5月诊治的儿童慢性鼻窦炎患儿200例，每年100例，随机分为两组，每组100例。在常规治疗方法(盐水冲洗鼻腔、鼻吸入激素、服用抗组胺药和短程抗生素辅助治疗)的基础上，对照组采取阿奇霉素间断治疗，观察组采取孟鲁司特联合小剂量阿奇霉素治疗，对比两组治疗前后鼻腔鼻窦结局测试和总有效率。结果：治疗前两组SNOT-20评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后两组评分均低于治疗前，且观察组评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为93.00%，高于對照组的81.00%，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：孟鲁司特联合小剂量阿奇霉素治疗儿童慢性鼻窦炎效果显著，可有效改善患者相关症状，在临床上具有更值得推广的治疗效用。

[Abstract] Objective： To study the clinical efficacy of Montelukast combined with low-dose Azithromycin in treatment of chronic sinusitis in children. Method： A total of 200 children with chronic sinusitis diagnosed and treated in Yangxi People’s Hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were selected， 100 cases each year， they were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group. On the basis of routine treatment methods， including saline flushing nasal cavity， nasal inhaling hormone， taking antihistamines and short course antibiotics， the control group was treated with Azithromycin intermittent， while the observation group was treated with Montelukast combined with low-dose Azithromycin. The nasal cavity and paranasal sinus outcome test before and after treatment and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups. Result： There was no statistically significant difference in SNOT-20 scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment， the scores in the two groups were lower than those before treatment， and the score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group， the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 93.00% in the observation group， higher than 81.00% in the control group， the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion： Montelukast combined with Azithromycin in treatment of chronic sinusitis in children has a significant effect， can effectively improve the patients’ related symptoms， has a more worthy of promotion of the therapeutic efficacy in clinical.
