摘要：目的子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,简称内异症)是妇科常见病，生育年龄妇女发病率近15%，绝经妇女发病率也达2%-5%，且有明显上升趋势。尽管对内异症进行了大量基础和临床研究，但其发病机制仍未完全阐明。本文将内异症的多家学说做一综述。
