摘要：目的：探讨开放前列腺摘除手术治疗前列腺增生的疗效观察。方法：采用耻骨上前列腺摘除手术，并连续缝合前列腺窝止血，留置三腔尿管一周。结果：108例全部成功，手术时间在45min至90min左右，无一例失败。结论：前列腺摘除手术的关键是前列腺窝的缝合、手术后出血、膀胱痉挛等的处理是手术成功的关键。
