摘要：自噬是真核生物进化中细胞内物质进行正常新陈代谢的一种生理过程，它是Ⅱ型程序性细胞死亡形式之一。近年来随着自噬与肿瘤研究的不断深入，发现细胞自噬不仅能够抑制肝癌的发生，而且也能促进肝癌的生长，因此自噬的功能异常在肝癌的发生、发展及治疗方面有着密切关系。
