摘要：目的：对比经皮肾镜取石手术俯卧位与“人”字形俯卧位的摆置时间和相关并发症的发生率。方法：回顾分析我院2013年2月—10月45例肾结石患者采用两种手术体位行经皮肾镜取石术，传统组患者(俯卧位)25例，对比组患者(“人”字形俯卧位)20例，比较两组体位摆置时间、消毒铺巾时间、血压及术后并发症等。结果：对比组手术体位安置时间明显较传统组时间短，消毒铺巾时间短，对比组手术血压变化明显低于传统组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论：“人”字形俯卧位摆置简单方便，安全可靠。
