摘要：目的：探究连续性血液净化在ICU老年多器官功能障碍综合征合并急性肾衰竭患者治疗中的应用。方法： 选取我院2012年6月至2013年6月收治的60例老年多器官功能障碍综合征合并急性肾衰竭病患作为研究对象。对所有病患实施连续性血液净化治疗。结果： 治疗前后病患体内血流动力学指数显著改善，且治疗后APACHE-II 积分和肾、肝功能参数也明显下降，BE、HCO、PH异常，恢复酸碱平衡，治疗前后各数据比较差异具有统计学意义P<0.01。结论 ：连续性血液净化治疗ICU老年多器官功能障碍综合征合并急性肾衰竭病患疗效确切，值得临床推广应用。
