摘要：目的：系统阐述胸腰椎骨折的后路手术方法及治疗进展。方法：使用计算机及因特网广泛查阅近年来国内外有关胸腰椎骨折手术治疗进展的相关文献，对其进展进行综述。结果：在胸腰椎骨折的手术治疗方式上，目前多数临床医师选用经后路手术方式治疗，后路手术可重建骨折椎稳定性，解除椎管压迫，恢复椎体高度及脊柱的生理曲度。而近年来随技术发展，PVP、PKP、伤椎内固定及经皮螺钉内固定技术的运用，优化了手术方式，减小了创伤及降低了术后不良反应。结论：配合各种技术的应用，胸腰椎骨折的后路手术方式可运用于治疗各类型的胸腰椎骨折。
