摘要：目的：分析一次性根管充填方法在隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者治疗的临床应用价值。方法：选择我院142例隐裂牙伴牙髓炎患者作为研究对象，依治疗方式分为两组，对照组71例采用传统分次疗法进行治疗；观察组71例采用一次性根管充填方式治疗，对比分析治疗效果。结果：观察组患者的治疗成功率与对照组相当；观察组患者术后疼痛明显优于对照组(p<0.05)；且观察组患者术后不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(p<0.05)。结论：一次性根管充填治疗隐裂牙伴牙髓炎可取得与传统分次治疗相同的效果，并可显著减轻患者术后疼痛，不良反应少。

    Abstract： Objective： Analysis of one-time root canal filling method in cracked teeth with pulpitis treatment in patients with clinical application value. Methods： Our hospital 142 cases of cracked teeth with pulpitis patients as the research object. According to treatment methods are divided into two groups.
