摘要：目的：观察社区干预对糖尿病控制率的影响。方法：抽取成都市城区2社区20岁以上居民8097人进行调查，共发现糖尿病患者776人，对糖尿病患者进行社区干预。结果：干预前后比较：干预后糖尿病控制率明显高于干预前(p<0.05)。结论：社区干预对控制糖尿病很有作用。

    Abstract：Objective：To observe the community interventions influence on the controlling rate of diabetes mellitus(DM).Methods：Totally 8097 residents are selected for the research，which are all with the age above 20 coming from two communites of chengdu city .Among them，776 people are sufferring from DM .Then we conduct the community intervention on these DM patients.

    Results：The controling rate of DM significantly higher than we did the community intervention before(p<0.05).Conclusion：The controlling rate of DM benefits a lot from the community intervention.
