摘要：目的：探讨米索前列醇配伍钙剂防治剖宫产产后出血的临床效果。方法：选取80例正常剖宫产产妇，将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组，每组40例，观察组产妇分娩后应用米索前列醇配伍钙剂，对照组应用缩宫素，比较两组产妇产后出血情况。结果：观察组产妇产后出血发生率要明显低于对照组，并且，观察组产妇产后24小时出血量也明显低于对照组，其差异均存在着统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：米索前列醇配伍钙剂防治剖宫产产后出血效果显著，价格低廉，容易被广大产妇所接受，值得临床上推广应用。
