摘要：目的 ：探讨分析精细化管理手术室管理中的应用效果。 方法： 选取2013年3月～2015年2月实行精细化管理在我院行手术的180例患者作为干预组，并另取2011年3月～2013年2月未实施精细化管理之前在我院行手术的180例患者作为对照组，对两组患者进行随访，比较两组患者满意度。 结果：干预组的患者满意度为 ，明显高于对照组的，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论：实施手术室精细化管理可有效改善护理质量，提高患者满意度，值得推广应用。
