摘要：目的 ：探讨延续护理支持对老年晚期前列腺癌患者出院后规范进行内分泌治疗的影响。方法： 选取≥70岁的前列腺癌患者123例在出院后实施延续护理指导，以评估、计划、实施、评价四个步骤进行，来评价活动方案的有效性和可行性，并予以持续改进。采用遵医行为评估表对所有病人进行评价。结果： 遵医率达到100%。未发生严重不良反应。结论： 对于老年晚期前列腺癌患者实施延续性护理能够提高规律进行内分泌治疗的遵医率，降低不良反应的发生率，提高患者的生活质量。
