摘要：目的：分析研究老年人肺心病合并冠心病的临床治疗。方法：选取老年人肺心病合并冠心病患者100例作为研究对象，按临床治疗意愿分成两组，对照组患者给予个性化临床治疗，观察组在对照组患者临床基础上借助新活素药物治疗，比较其临床疗效。结果：结果表明，观察组患者好转率、不良反应总率均优于对照组，统计学差异明显(P<0.05)。结论：临床治疗老年人肺心病合并冠心病患者期间，给予新活素注射治疗，临床效果显著，可降低不良反应，提高生活质量，可推广。
