摘要：目的：研究药剂师干预在临床用药中的作用。方法：选取我院2013年9月～2014年9月136例处于围术期的骨科患者，平均年龄(35.06±5.15)岁。根据药师是否干预患者用药分为干预组与常规组，每组68例。常规组患者根据处方抓药服用，干预组患者接受药师干预用药，观察两组患者各项指标。结果：对比两组患者各项检验指标发现，干预组患者用药总花费和抗菌药物使用时间及种类等指标显著低于常规组患者。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：药剂师干预临床用药能够使患者合理用药，避免药品资源浪费现象，具有临床推广价值。
