摘要：目的：探讨铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法：选取我院收治的胃溃疡患者200例作为研究对象，将患者分为试验组和对照组。对照组患者单纯使用奥美拉唑进行治疗，试验组患者应用铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗。结果：试验组有效率达到98%，对照组为84%，比较差异显著(P<0.05)；试验组患者发生不良反应人数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：给予胃溃疡患者应用铝碳酸镁联合奥美拉唑治疗显著提高临床疗效。
