摘要：目的：研究探讨两种无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的临床效果。方法：将65例腹股沟斜疝患者按随机原则分成了采用疝环填充式无张力疝修补术的疝环填充组(n=31)和采用平片式无张力疝修补术的平片式(n=34)。观察两组患者手术时间、镇痛药物使用、住院时间、尿潴留以及局部异物感等情况。结果：两组手术时间、镇痛剂使用比例，术后异物感、尿潴留比例以及住院时时间较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组无一例发生术后伤口感染。随访6-12个月，两组患者无一例疝气复发情况发生。结论：两种无张力疝修补术各具有其优势与缺点，都适用于腹股沟斜疝患者的手术治疗，临床上两种术式的选择需外科医师视具体情况而定。
