2012～2013年冷水江市桶装饮用水微生物检测与分析

     摘要：目的：了解我市桶装饮用水的微生物指标合格率，分析其饮用安全性。方法 ：按国家标准方法对我市自2012年至2013年抽样检查的市售128 份桶装饮用水进行菌落总数、大肠菌群、霉菌、酵母菌以及致病菌(沙门氏菌、志贺氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌)等项目检测；并对到保质期的样品进行再测试。结果 ： 128份桶装饮用水微生物指标合格率为77.34%，超标以菌落总数和霉菌、酵母菌为主，到保质期再检测时合格率降至57.03%，两者有显著性差异(χ2=11.98，p<0.05)。结论：我市桶装饮用水合格率较低，临近保质期合格率更低，卫生质量不容乐观，应引起有关部门和厂家的高度重视，加强监督和管理。

    Abstract： Objectives：To study the qualified rate of barreled drinking water and analyze its security.Methods：Tests on aerobic plate count， enumeration of coliforms，enumeration of molds and yeast，salmonella，shigella and staphylococcus aureus of 128 samples of barreled drinking water during 2012 to 2013 were conducted according to the national standard method. Furthermore the samples were re-tested when drawing near expiration date.Results：The qualified rate of 128 samples of barreled drinking water was 77.34%.Excessive standards were mainly caused by aerobic plate count and enumeration of molds and yeasts.the qualified rate fell to 57.03% when tested at near expiration date(χ2=11.98 ......
