摘要：目的： 探讨产科护理人员对妊娠合并症产妇母乳喂养认识的护理体会。方法： 选取我院收治的妊娠合并症产妇90例作为研究对象，按照护理模式划分为两组，各45例，对照组行母乳喂养常规指导，观察组行系统指导，对比两组母乳喂养率。结果： 对照组母乳喂养率为68.9%，明显低于观察组93.3%，对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： 产科护理人员对妊娠合并症产妇开展母乳喂养认识护理可提升母乳喂养率，加快产妇康复进程，有推广价值。
