摘要：目的： 优化膀胱灌注患者的灌注流程，缩短等待时间，提高护理工作效率和质量。方法： 通过分析患者原有灌注流程的问题，对患者灌注流程进行优化设计，采取相应的改进措施，改进灌注流程的重点环节。结果 患者灌注前等待时间缩短，护理健康宣教措施有效落实，患者依从性提高。结论： 膀胱灌注流程的优化，有效提高了患者满意度、护理工作效率和护理管理水平。
