摘要：目的： 探讨信必可治疗支气管哮喘(以下称哮喘)的临床效果。方法： 收集我院确诊的115例哮喘进行门诊观察治疗，用信必可组50例和对照组65例为期三月，用FEV1最佳个体百分比预计值和ACT问卷比较两组治疗前后的效果。结果： 其中中度哮喘50例，两组的FEV1百分比组内有差异显著(p﹤0.05)，而治疗组比对照组效果显著(P﹤0.05)。ACT显示治疗组的完全控制(10%)和良好控制(66%)较对照组完全控制(5%)和良好控制(43%)要高。结论：信必可可以作为哮喘治疗的推荐推广药物。
