冠心病患者血脂和亚临床甲状腺功能减退的临床观察
摘要：目的：观察和研究冠心病患者血脂以及亚临床甲状腺功能减退的情况。方法：选取患有冠心病的患者一共100例，作为观察组，再选取正常人群100例作为对照组，对两组患者血脂以及血清中的甲状腺激素进行检测，对检测结果进行对比。结果：患有冠心病的患者血脂中除了HDL-C指标之外，其他指标均有明显的上升(P<0.05)，在血清中，除了T3和FT3降低之外，其他指标没有明显的变化。结论：患有冠心病的患者，其血脂中的一些指标以及血清中甲状腺激素中的某些指标，与正常人群相比都有一定的变化。
