摘要：目的：研究血涂片分析在血常规检验中的重要性。方法：选择我院2012年7月到2013年7月的住院患者经化验的300例正常者，作为实验组，400例异常者作为对照组。施行血涂片分析，对比两组分析结果。结果：实验组的假阴性率是15.21% ；对照组的假阳性率是46.87% 。对比两组的血涂片检查结果正常率，差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05)。结论：血涂片分析对异常患者诊断的准确率较高，在临床血常规检查有较高的理论价值。
