摘要：目的：分析并比较小儿手足口病应用利巴韦林气雾剂与注射剂的临床疗效。方法：将我院48例手足口病患儿随机分为A、B两组，给予A组利巴韦林气雾剂治疗，B组则接受利巴韦林注射剂治疗，比较两组患儿的疗效。结果：A组患儿的治疗总有效率为91.7%，显著高于B组的79.2%，数据差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：在应用利巴韦林治疗手足口病患儿时，相比于注射剂给药，气雾剂给药方式可获得更为显著的疗效，且操作简便，值得临床推广应用。
