摘要：目的： 探讨国产格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法： 本次医学研究选择我院内分泌科2014年1月至2015年1月之间收治的300例2型糖尿病患者为观察对象，随机将其划分为格列美脲组和格列本脲组，分别接受两种药物治疗，对比分析两组2型糖尿病患者的临床治疗效果。结果： 两组2型糖尿病患者接受格列美脲和格列本脲治疗后，各项观察指标结果都显著改善，但两组结果对比仍然无明显的统计学差异(P>0.05)。格列美脲组患者临床治疗后不良反应发生率明显低于格列本脲组(P<0.05)。结论： 本次医学研究结果证实，2型糖尿病患者接受国产格列美脲治疗，降压效果与格列本脲对比无显著差异，但治疗的安全性更高。

    Abstract ： Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of treating 2-diabetes mellitus with glimepiride. Methods： Choosed 300 2-diabetes mellitus patients from Jan. 2014 to Jan. 2015 to divide into glimepiride group and glibenclamide group. Compared the clinical effect of these two groups. Results： The results of these two groups were no difference (p>0.05). But the adverse effects of glimepiride group was lower than glibenclamide group (P<0.05). Conclusion： Treating 2-diabetes mellitus with glimepiride is effective as the same as glibenclamide with high safety.
