摘要：目的： 探究在病理诊断中免疫组化的运用价值。方法： 选取2012年10月至2014年10月在我院进行诊断的肿瘤患者68例，将其随机分为对照组和观察组，对照组患者采取临床常规的穿刺活检法，观察组患者则采用免疫组化法进行检测，对两组患者的临床诊断准确性进行对比，从而判定两种方法的诊断价值。结果： 观察组患者的诊断阳性率为91.2%，对照组患者的诊断阳性率为52.9%，观察组明显优于对照组，差异显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论： 在临床病理诊断中应用免疫组化技术进行诊断能够提升其诊断阳性率，值得在临床诊断工作中推广应用。

    Abstract ：Objective： To explore the value determined by immunohistochemistry in pathological diagnosis.
